Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to develop their digital marketing skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for supporting and executing various online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages. Monitor and report on website traffic using Google Analytics and other SEO tools. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Assist in managing and posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Content Marketing: Coordinate with content creators to develop blog posts, website content, and marketing copy. Assist in content planning, scheduling, and publishing. Proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand consistency. Email Marketing: Assist in designing and sending email campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Build and maintain email databases. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Paid Advertising: Support in running PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels. Monitor performance and compile campaign reports. Assist in budget tracking and ROI analysis. Analytics and Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Track KPIs and recommend actionable strategies. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. General Support: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate with design, content, and development teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing (internships included). Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Google Ads or HubSpot certification. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS. Experience using marketing automation tools or CRMs. Benefits: In-office work with professional mentorship and training.
