Digital Marketing Executive


Digital Marketing Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Designs, builds, and maintains a strong presence across all social media channels.
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies digital marketing trends and actionable insights to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages, enhancing overall user experience.
  • Utilizes robust analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and potential drop-off points within the customer funnel, implementing strategies for optimization.
  • Manages relationships and collaborates effectively with external agencies and vendor partners

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proven ability in creating and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on [mention specific industry if applicable, otherwise remove "particularly within the industry"].
  • Demonstrable expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experienced in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to drive performance improvements.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, and SEMRush.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Proven ability to set up and optimize PPC campaigns across all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
