You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end process of digital campaign execution, troubleshooting tracking and reporting issues using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, developing visual performance dashboards in Looker Studio, implementing efficient campaign measurement processes, monitoring campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms, identifying emerging trends and customer insights, analyzing sales funnels and behavior trends, researching and implementing new tools and technologies, and reporting regularly on core marketing KPIs. To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Google Ads. Proficiency in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads and Instagram campaigns, a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with minimal supervision, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. A digital-first mindset, the ability to interpret data into strategic insights, and a strong portfolio of managing high-performance digital campaigns will be advantageous.
