Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Team Leader with strong expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Event Print & Marketing Materials. This role will lead a team of designers to deliver compelling visual content for digital, print, and event-based marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day design tasks, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring high-quality execution across all creative assets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Project Management: Lead and mentor a team of graphic and motion designers. Oversee end-to-end creative processes — from concept to final execution. Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, content) to align visuals with objectives. Graphic Design: Design static and digital creatives for branding, social media, websites, and campaigns. Create visually appealing layouts for brochures, flyers, signage, banners, etc. Ensure consistency in visual branding across platforms. Motion Graphics: Develop short animations, explainer videos, reels, and promotional motion content. Work with video editors and content strategists to enhance visual storytelling. Event & Print Materials: Design branding materials for corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences. Coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and timely production. Prepare print-ready files and manage print specifications and formats. Quality & Brand Control: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 6+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static and motion design. Experience working on marketing collaterals for events, print, and digital platforms. Excellent eye for detail, design aesthetics, and storytelling. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media content trends. Ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in B2B or event-based industries is a bonus.
