Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate dialysis machines for patients with kidney failure. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Check vital signs and maintain accurate records of patient treatment. Manage vascular access sites (fistulas, grafts, catheters). Administer saline, heparin, and other necessary medications during the procedure as per doctor's instruction. Respond to emergencies and alert medical staff in critical situations. Maintain inventory of supplies and report machine malfunctions. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
