The Role: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the implementation and optimization of our DevOps practices.You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring our software development lifecycle is efficient, reliable, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. Automation: Automate and streamline software development and release processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Monitoring and Performance: Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary to ensure high availability and scalability. Security and Compliance: Oversee security and compliance measures in the DevOps processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Skills Required: Technical Skills: Proven experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 6+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role. Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
