Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
Architect and build microservices using Spring Boot and other Java frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement AWS-based solutions to ensure cloud scalability, availability, and performance.
Optimize application performance and ensure the security of back-end systems.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
Manage software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term fixes.

Key Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Java (8+), with deep understanding of object-oriented principles.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices development.
Solid experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and RDS.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization strategies.
Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and collaborate across multiple teams.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
