You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties developed exclusively by DDP GROUP. Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell plots, villas, flats, and row houses under DDP GROUP's ongoing and upcoming projects. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and in-house leads. Conduct site visits with clients and present properties professionally and convincingly. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options accordingly. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team for follow-ups and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.
