About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage installation, configuration, and migration of systems and software. 2. Provide remote support for end-users, resolving technical issues efficiently. 3. Handle desktop support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting. 4. Diagnose and resolve network-related problems at the user level. 5. Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference. 6. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary. 7. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets. 8. Maintain system performance by performing regular updates and patches. 9. Assist users with login, access rights, and application support. 10. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
