✅ Job Description We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with proven experience in banner, poster, and outdoor media design , as well as digital marketing graphics . You will be responsible for creating visually engaging materials for both print and online platforms that support our branding and marketing goals. ✅ Key Responsibilities Design high-quality outdoor banners, hoardings, vinyl, flex, standees, and posters Prepare print-ready files with correct layout, bleed, resolution (300 DPI), and CMYK colors Create digital creatives for social media , display ads , email marketing , and Google/Facebook ads Collaborate with marketing to align designs with campaign objectives Maintain consistent branding across all channels Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines ✅ Requirements 2+ years of experience in graphic design (with print + digital portfolio) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW Working knowledge of social media design trends and ad formats Ability to visualize content for large-format prints Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, social media) is a plus Strong communication and time-management skills ✅ Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field Experience working with printers or signage vendors Familiarity with video tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Canva (optional) ✅ What We Offer A creative and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on high-visibility projects Flexible working hours or hybrid option Performance-based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
