Job Title: Layout Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Layout Designer responsible for preparing accurate layouts, taking site measurements, and coordinating directly with clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of space planning, basic civil/architectural knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites to take precise measurements for layout planning.
• Prepare detailed layout drawings using software like AutoCAD/SketchUp/other tools.
• Interpret architectural drawings and adapt them to project-specific requirements.
• Work closely with the project, sales, and execution teams to ensure layout feasibility.
• Interact with clients to understand space requirements, preferences, and provide layout solutions.
• Make necessary revisions based on client and team feedback.
• Ensure design and layout align with site conditions and client expectations.
• Assist in basic site coordination during layout implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements and layout revisions.

Required Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in layout designing, site measurement, or interior design is a plus
• Proficiency in layout and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
• Good understanding of measurement tools and site conditions.
• Strong spatial visualization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• Knowledge of furniture layouts, modular systems, or construction elements is desirable
