Design Engineer

Design Engineer (Structural / Architectural) Key Skills: Proficiency in shell plan development , including layouts for core structural elements (walls, columns, slabs, etc.). Experience with architectural coordination and MEP integration in shell/core designs. Strong knowledge of building codes , structural loads, and safety standards. Have a good knowledge for preparing shell plans CAD/BIM software expertise: AutoCAD , Revit , SolidWorks , or Rhino . Familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro). Typical Responsibilities: Create and interpret shell plans for buildings or infrastructure projects. Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure buildability. Conduct structural analysis and coordinate with other disciplines for design efficiency. Review and revise drawings per project requirements and regulatory standards . Education & Certification (usually expected): Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (depending on country) BIM certification (optional but advantageous)
