You will be joining Aparna Kaushik Design Group, a firm led by architect and Founding Principal Aparna Kaushik, known for merging European classicism with modernist tropical architecture. Specializing in luxury estates and residences, our firm offers a wide range of design services including architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in various software tools, particularly AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp at a mid-level. - Utilizing your experience in projects related to multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, higher educational facilities, etc. - Showcasing excellent presentation skills and prioritizing client satisfaction by providing regular updates and incorporating client input throughout the project plan. - Taking charge of Concept Development, schematic design development, planning, architectural working drawings, and ensuring accurate documentation. - Engaging in consistent follow-ups with vendors and consultants to stay updated on the latest materials and maintain project libraries. - Encouraging teamwork, shared responsibilities, and team bonding, while also demonstrating leadership skills and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
