Job Description

As the Deputy General Manager- Retail (H&D)- Regional Head (DSP Sales) for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation in Lucknow, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue management, team leadership and development, distribution and market expansion, operational excellence, and strategic planning within the North Central Zone. Sales & Revenue Management: - Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned zone. - Forecast monthly and quarterly sales to ensure alignment with business goals. - Drive the execution of trade schemes and promotional activities. - Monitor and enhance sales productivity and ROI. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, mentor, and manage Cluster Lead and field staff (Off roll). - Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. - Provide training and development plans for team members. Distribution & Market Expansion: - Expand and optimize the distribution network. - Evaluate and onboard new distributors while monitoring their performance. - Ensure effective retail execution, merchandising, and visibility. Operational Excellence: - Monitor daily sales operations through PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and DSR (Daily Sales Report). - Ensure timely claim settlements, billing, and collections. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with national objectives. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. - Plan and execute new product launches and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
