Key Responsibilities: - Support the smooth operation of the kitchen department to ensure the highest level of guest dining experience throughout the hotel. - Work collaboratively as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues effectively. - Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner. - Contribute to achieving departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets. - Collaborate with superiors to control costs and inventory, maintain productivity, and achieve performance targets. - Foster positive working relationships, uphold company culture and values. - Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, plan and document due diligence requirements and best practices for internal and external audit. Requirements: - Previous kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory. - Hands-on approach with a proactive work style. - Dedication to providing exceptional guest service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. - Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks, and demonstrate personal integrity. - Experience working with various IT systems. - Strong communication skills.
