In this role, you will work with both SMB and Enterprise businesses to help them efficiently manage appointments, enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and leverage tools that drive business growth. About this Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader within the product organization, responsible for shaping the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving product outcomes that align with our business goals. This role is a hybrid of hands-on tactical execution and strategic leadership. You’ll drive product discovery, define and prioritize work, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that move the business forward. You’ll be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, taking full ownership of the product function for the entire DaySmart Appointments platform, while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with company goals. You will be accountable for driving meaningful business outcomes—such as customer growth, retention, and revenue impact—through product strategy and execution. Responsibilities Owning the full product function for the DaySmart Appointments platform and leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders in the US and India. Engaging regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate needs, surface pain points, and inform product priorities. Monitoring industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities that inform strategic direction. Driving measurable business outcomes by aligning product initiatives with company objectives for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction Driving discovery through customer interviews, market analysis, data deep dives, and defining success metrics to evaluate product performance. Shaping and prioritizing the roadmap in collaboration with leadership and team members Defining and validating solutions, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and user needs Ensuring consistent delivery through clear requirements, sprint planning, and coordination with design and engineering Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Mentoring team members and contributing to best practices across the product organization. Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience. Background in SaaS and cloud-based software. Proven track record of crafting product roadmaps and engineering execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with sales, marketing, and customers. Demonstrated success in defining, planning and launching products that meet and exceed priority business objectives. Experience with Jira/Confluence and Pendo or other Product Analytics software Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to guide decisions, track product performance, and optimize outcomes. Flexibility to work schedules that compliment supporting US based teams Experience with APIs and an understanding of how solutions today use this to expand capabilities Knowledge or experience in working with compliance and security-based requirements around things like (HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ADA, WCAG, SSO and PCI/Payments Integrations) Good To Have: Experience in AI product management is a plus Experience in scheduling services industry is a plus Experience in Healthcare and Government Services is a plus Experience with working with integration and reseller networks is a plus Benefits: In addition to your total compensation, you will be eligible for the following benefits, in accordance with Company policy: Medical Insurance for self, spouse, up to two dependent children, and either parents or parents-in-law.
