Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschoolers, ensuring their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Create a nurturing environment that promotes learning through play-based activities.
Develop strong relationships with children's parents/guardians by communicating regularly about their progress.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including attendance, meals served, and any incidents or accidents.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the day care center.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in childcare or related field (preferably).
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children's parents/guardians.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality care.
