Role & responsibilities 1. Manage Database standard operations and changes. Act as Lead engineer on database incidents. 2. Configure, Monitor & analyze events, alert log on Database environnements. 3. Proactively resolve incidents and problems, seeking solutions before escalating, and take preventive measures for database problems/errors. 4. Perform the User Request ( Service Now User Request) 5. Provide technical support to Level 2 team members and participate in problem management, root cause analysis, and knowledge base solutions. 6. Coordinate support activities with external support teams, on-site support, and internal support teams Preferred candidate profile Level 2/3 knowledge on Databases.
