Your responsibilities include: 1. **Demand generation through support in Solution development**: - Collaborating with sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams to create solutions and propositions for proactive demand generation. - Developing solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings to facilitate solution-led sales. - Partnering with various colleges and institutes for recruitment, joint research initiatives, and provision of data science courses. 2. **Revenue generation through Building & operationalizing Machine Learning, Deep Learning solutions**: - Designing Machine Learning / Deep learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions. - Collaborating with ML Engineers, Data engineers, and IT to assess ML deployment options. - Integrating model performance management tools into the existing business infrastructure. 3. **Team Management**: - Supporting the recruitment process to onboard the right resources for the team. - Providing onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability and effectiveness. - Conducting timely performance reviews, giving constructive feedback to direct reports, and being a role model to the team. **Deliverables**: - **Demand generation**: Order booking. - **Revenue generation through delivery**: Timeliness, customer success stories, customer use cases. - **Capability Building & Team Management**: % trained on new skills, Team attrition %. **Mandatory Skills**: ML Ops. **Experience**: 8-10 Years.
