Demand Generation: - Support in solution development and go-to-market strategy - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams to create solutions for proactive demand generation - Contribute to the development of solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings - Collaborate with educational institutions for recruitment and joint research initiatives 2. Revenue Generation through ML Solutions: - Develop machine learning and deep learning models for decision augmentation and automation - Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT for evaluating deployment options - Integrate model performance management tools into the existing business infrastructure 3. Team Management: - Support recruitment processes to onboard the right resources - Provide onboarding and training for team members to enhance capabilities - Manage team attrition and conduct timely performance reviews - Lead engagement initiatives to drive team satisfaction Performance Parameters: 1. Demand Generation - Measure: Order booking 2. Revenue Generation - Measure: Timeliness, customer success stories, customer use cases 3.
