(including traditional ML models and Conversational AI) and deploy them to operate at scale.
Research and devise innovative statistical models/ML models
for data analysis.
Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
. Implement changes to algorithms to improve AI performance and retrieval techniques.
Use predictive modeling
to increase and optimize customer service experience and supply chain optimization.
Identify patterns in data using statistical modeling
, develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to datasets.
Work with business partners
throughout the organization to find opportunities for using company data to drive solutions.
Work with project managers to establish objectives
for AI systems.

Skills

Strong experience using a variety of data mining/machine learning methods
, using/coding algorithms, and running simulations.
2+ years of experience in Python and ML packages
(NumPy, Keras, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
such as Regression models, kNN, SVM, Naive Bayes, and Decision Trees.
Expertise/Familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks
such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Experience solving problems with
Conversational AI in a production environment
for a High-tech Manufacturing Industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
