Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist with 7 to 10 years of experience, you will be based in Chennai and work in a hybrid job mode. Your primary role will involve developing data-driven insights and innovations within the Sidekick product. This will include a focus on analytics, dashboarding, and Generative AI research and development. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data analytics and dashboards for the Sidekick product to provide key insights to stakeholders. You will also conduct research and development in Generative AI to enhance Sidekick features and functionality. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement will be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to transform insights into actionable strategies will also be expected. Additionally, you will be required to develop and implement machine learning models to support Sidekick's capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in R Shiny, R programming, dashboarding, and AI development. Your experience should span 7 to 10 years in data science with a strong emphasis on analytics and model development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including hands-on experience with relevant libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is essential. Furthermore, familiarity with data visualization tools and expertise in machine learning and Generative AI techniques are also highly desirable.,
