The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, working with large datasets, and generating actionable insights that drive business value. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements Implement ETL pipelines for data preprocessing and feature engineering Continuously evaluate and improve model performance Required Skills 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) Experience in SQL and working with relational or NoSQL databases Solid understanding of statistics , ML algorithms , and data structures Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) Experience deploying models into production environments Nice to Have Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker) Experience with NLP or time-series modelin
