We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in applying data science techniques to real-world problems, driving data-driven decisions and building predictive models.

Responsibilities

Develop machine learning models to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate models and hypotheses.
Communicate findings and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain and improve existing models, ensuring performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Ability to visualize data and insights using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
