Position Overview

Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and manage data in various databases and systems.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital files and records.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Educational background in any field; a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with back office operations.
Basic knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
