Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join Accenture as a Senior Manager in the S&C GN - Tech Strategy- AI / Gen AI Strategy team based in Bengaluru, BDC7A. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging your industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities to enhance business efficiency. You will be part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice within Accenture Strategy, focusing on clients" most strategic priorities and helping them achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation using agile methodologies. Your role will involve assessing AI potential, developing use cases for business transformation, designing proof of concepts and high-level solutions using AI or Gen AI analytics, and formulating guiding principles and components to impact clients" technology landscape. You will evaluate existing AI & Gen AI products and frameworks to develop options for proposed solutions. To excel in this role, you should leverage your knowledge of technology trends across Data and AI, interact with client stakeholders to understand their AI problems, and define problem statements and engagement scopes. You will guide the development of Enterprise-wide AI & Gen AI strategies for clients, collaborate with business experts, platform engineers, and technology teams, and engage in meaningful discussions with clients to drive the right recommendations. Moreover, you will benchmark against global research benchmarks, conduct discovery workshops and design sessions, and utilize expertise in AI Cloud platforms such as Google, Azure, or AWS. You will also be responsible for creating expert content, managing budgeting and forecasting activities, and building financial proposals.
