Data Analyst Intern

As a Data Analyst at Meridian School, Madhapur, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, primarily focusing on transferring past school records into Excel sheets with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve updating and maintaining the school ERP system to ensure accurate and timely data entry. You will need to verify and validate data for completeness and accuracy before submission while maintaining confidentiality and security of all school information handled. Key responsibilities include coordinating with school administration to gather necessary information, performing data entry tasks meticulously, and adhering to deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry is essential, along with a basic understanding of school ERP systems. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role. Reporting directly to the Head of Operation at Meridian Group of Schools, you will be expected to handle critical data entry tasks such as organizing and sorting data before entry, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring data confidentiality and security. Basic data cleaning activities to eliminate duplicates or inconsistencies will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site contractual position for 3 months at the Madhapur campus. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, six days a week. Apart from the standard contractual benefits, food will be provided at the workplace.
