Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the promotion and sale of our chemical and mineral products across South India. This role is remote and field-based, centered in Chennai, and demands a proactive individual with strong B2B sales expertise and a passion for growth in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business by executing high-impact sales strategies. Generate leads and close deals within the manufacturing, chemical, and mineral sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention. Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Deliver weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market insights. Participate in quarterly strategy meetings in Delhi or other designated locations. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. 35 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/minerals. Strong regional market knowledge of South India. Hands-on experience managing field-based sales operations. Familiarity with client engagement and CRM tools. Fluency in English and Hindi is plus Proficiency in any South Indian language is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel extensively outside Chennai. Should own a two-wheeler for regular client visits. Compensation & Benefits: High-potential incentives based on gross margin. Travel reimbursements for locations outside Chennai. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Interior Designer who will be responsible for creating effective and aesthetic design solutions while also managing customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design along with the ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. Key Responsibilities: Meet with walk-in or referred customers to understand their requirements, space, and preferences. Provide design consultation and propose functional and visually appealing layouts. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, material boards, and mood boards. Present design concepts effectively and tailor solutions based on client feedback. Convert client meetings into project opportunities by establishing trust and offering practical design advice. Coordinate with sales, estimation, and execution teams to deliver accurate project proposals. Track and manage lead status, follow up on prospects, and drive them toward closure. Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal tools. Ensure project handover to the execution team after design sign-off. Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets assigned by the company. Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent design tools. Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with exposure to direct customer engagement. Experience in modular furniture, residential interiors, or turnkey interiors is preferred. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and modular solutions. Prior experience in design-based client interaction or sales-oriented design consultation. Ability to manage multiple leads and convert them into active projects. Aesthetic eye for design with a practical mindset to deliver within budgets.
