The Customer Support VOICE position based in Vishakhapatnam requires someone with exceptional communication skills. This role involves working on-site from Monday to Friday during night shifts from 6:00 PM IST to 03:00 AM IST. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a voice process. As a Customer Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in managing their debts and achieving financial independence.
