Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Executive with a strong sales background, you will be responsible for converting leads provided by our Dubai office and targeting clients based in India. This role offers the opportunity for comprehensive training and potential relocation to our Dubai office for successful candidates. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating contact with leads, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services, understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas within defined timelines, provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, and outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales/Support Executive, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong customer-focused approach, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi would be advantageous.
