1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly andprofessionally2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.3. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.Proficient in Vietnamese- B2 level Certified Empathy & PatienceAttention to DetailsTeamwork & Professionalism.

Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues effectively.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information and comprehensive assistance to customers.Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.Exhibit strong attention to detail in all interactions and documentation.Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and professional work atmosphere.
