Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries / resolving customer issues via email.
  • Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Experience in travel industry would be an added advantage.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Comfortable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
