Educate them on how to use the platform’s key features efficiently. Provide virtual walkthroughs, conduct onboarding calls, and support through WhatsApp or phone. User Activation & Success Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are seeing success and activity on the platform. Help agents find meaningful leads, engage with relevant users, and utilize PropHunt.ai to close deals faster. Encourage co-broking and collaboration among agents to unlock business opportunities. Support & Service Be the first line of support for user queries or issues. Troubleshoot product problems and escalate critical issues to the tech team. Ensure timely resolution and proactive communication. Feedback Collection & Insights Gather feedback through structured conversations and share recurring themes with the product team. Help identify usability issues, missing features, or high-impact suggestions that improve customer satisfaction. Customer Delight Build a culture of proactive support — surprise users with helpfulness. Create a sense of community and loyalty among early adopters.
