Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your goal is to support and enhance the overall satisfaction of our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and accurately.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated effectively.
  • Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on product changes, service techniques, and company policies.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,430.31 per month
