We are hiring Customer Support Associates to assist customers through voice or non-voice channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via call, email, or chat
• Provide clear and effective solutions to customer concerns
• Update and maintain accurate customer records
• Meet service quality and productivity targets
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal & written)
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Additional Details:

• Work Mode: On-site (Gurgaon office)
• Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 weekly off
• Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (including day or night shifts based on process)
