Job Description

As a customer support executive at YMGrad, a fast-paced study abroad consulting firm located in Okhla, you will be responsible for assisting students on their journey to study abroad in countries like the USA, Canada, Germany, and more. Your role will involve tasks such as shortlisting universities for students, providing guidance on profile improvement, and learning continuously to enhance your expertise. Training will be provided for candidates who require it; however, strong grammar skills are essential for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include informing potential candidates about our services, collaborating closely with students and the consulting team, and enhancing client relationships to improve reviews. This is a full-time position in the Consumer Services industry, requiring a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this role is 3-3.5 LPA.
