As a successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your key responsibilities will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and building strong distribution channels. To excel in this role, you must ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
