We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role involves handling customer queries through voice and/or chat channels, ensuring a high-quality support experience. Strong communication in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally and accurately
• Maintain call/chat records and follow up as required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
• Good command over spoken and written English
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
• Should be located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
