Looking for a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team in the retail sector. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
