We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Service Officer - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our customers. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously. Provide product information and solutions to customers via phone, email, or other channels. Resolve complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
