Customer Service Associate

The incumbent would be required to handle the calls of international customers in a voice based call center environment. Preferred experience - customer service in an International BPO Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products or services. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary. Order and Account Management: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders. Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information and order details. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues to suggest process improvements. Customer Retention: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and engaging communication. Promote customer loyalty programs or offers to enhance retention. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product and process knowledge.
