Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To lead Used Trucks Business for territory through channels to establish professionally managed, process-driven and profitable used trucks business.

Team Leadership:
Hiring, training, and motivating a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, including identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with products/services.
Sales Process Management:
Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking sales team performance, analyzing sales data, and reporting on key metrics to management.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and providing coaching to improve sales team skills and performance.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Market Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
CRM Management:
Utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports.
