Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 5 years of experience, responsible for driving business growth through effective customer sales strategies. Roles and Responsibility
Identify potential customers for two-wheeler loans and collect necessary documents.
Validate customer documents as per organizational norms and log cases in the system following SOPs.
Fulfill sanction ratios and meet customer requirements while cross-selling multiple products under the guidance of supervisors/managers.
Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
Ensure compliance with all audit/RBI regulations with the help of managers/supervisors.
Collect and validate customer documents as per organizational norms.

Job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is required.
Basic knowledge of financial services and banking operations is preferred.
Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Familiarity with auditing and regulatory compliance procedures is an added advantage.
