Customer Relationship Executive (Male)

Responsibiltiies: Interact with customers at the retail showroom and propose solutions based on their requirement. Help in order conversions by regular follow up’s with clients and interior designers. (No sales target) Interacting with interior designers and architects to identify opportunities for partnerships and expand the brand's reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction on and enabling repeat business. Effectively update client database on company systems and maintaining client records. Addressing customer complaints and queries and providing solutions based on sales. Making quota ons and ge ng them approved from office or field sales representative before communica ng to the client. Helping communicate with the client for price negotiations with the help of field or office sales representative.
