The Role:

As our sales & support executive, you will be the first point of contact for all users of our products. But this isn't just a support role this is a user-centric, product-facing position where your insights will shape what we build and how we grow.

Youll be the person who listens deeply, solves quickly, and translates the voice of the customer into action. Think of this role as equal parts customer success, user research, and product advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, mostly via our dedicated Support platform
• Accurately determine the criticality of customer issues based on customer communication, project progress and other factors
• Understand and enforce customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Analyze and report product malfunctions to the Development team
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree with over 1+ years of experience
• Should be proficient in speaking Hindi/ English Languages
• Should have Basic Knowledge on Trading
• Should posses experience in customer sale/Support
