Job Description

Designation: Customer Care Executive

Location: Chennai

Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to lift service and maintenance, providing accurate information and assistance.

Issue Resolution: Effectively diagnose customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery and customer experience, Conduct NPS Survey on regular basis.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians and management to relay important customer information and ensure smooth operations.
