Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor C. Product knowledge: 1. Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies 2. Stay updated with changes in products or services to provide the latest information D. Record keeping: 1. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints 2. Maintain detailed logs and reports of customer service activities E. Service quality: 1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service 2. Meet performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution time, satisfaction score) F. Team collaboration: 1. Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve issues 2. Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve service and products G. Feedback & improvement: 1.
