Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager – Operations to oversee and streamline projects & operations, ensuring efficiency across multiple teams and projects. This role involves managing internal teams, coordinating with external vendors, driving various projects in the pipeline, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT operations, be entrepreneurial, be a natural problem solver, and thrive in a startup environment. They must take full ownership and accountability for their responsibilities and be willing to step in wherever needed to ensure a smooth process. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute projects across multiple teams within the company and with external stakeholders. Team Management: Oversee and manage teams including IT, Digital Marketing, Ads, Editors, Customer Success, Accounts, Admin, and other relevant departments. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring contracts and deliverables meet company standards. Pipeline Execution: Track and manage all ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met. Operational Efficiency: Continuously improve internal workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. IT & Apps Management: Ensure that IT operations are running smoothly, assist in technology adoption, and troubleshoot key IT challenges. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on project progress, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role. Strong knowledge of IT operations and ability to coordinate with IT teams effectively. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and external stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing, ads, and customer success processes is a plus. Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations. Excel automation, handling website backend, any exposure to marketing and e-learning is a plus Why Join Us?
