You will be expected to complete a minimum of three recruiter video interviews per day to maintain an efficient hiring process. Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with the HR Executive to manage interview logistics, including scheduling, coordination with hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless interview experience. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track applicant status, and ensure data integrity. Previous experience working with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Who You Are We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. We are looking for a professional with strong Drupal CMS expertise who can contribute to our high-performing marketing function. This opportunity is we'll-suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technical web development, site security and compliance, user experience (UX) design, and digital strategy. In this role, you'll take the lead on web initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes and support business growth across digital platforms. This is a hybrid role based out of our Pune, India office and will require working in person at the office Tues, we'd, Thurs with working hours of 2PM - 11PM IST. What You Will Be Doing Lead the development of high-performing, user-centric digital experiences across web platforms. Build and maintain web pages, user interfaces, and interactive content using modern front-end technologies. Guide the web development process with an experimentation mindset test, iterate, and scale solutions based on performance. Design scalable, secure, and reliable web infrastructure, including hosting environments, APIs, and cloud services (eg, AWS, CloudFront). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, brand, SEO, and digital growth to deliver consistent and engaging web experiences. Implement and manage A/B testing, personalization, and optimization strategies to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to increase top-of-funnel traffic and generate leads. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of web-related projects. Build and maintain reusable code libraries and integrate APIs to support dynamic and scalable digital experiences.
