Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales. Handle client inquiries, conduct site inspections, and follow up to convert leads into bookings. Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales. Coordinate with banquet operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client communications. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the banquet venue. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
